Full and partial dentures
A full denture replaces all the teeth in an upper or lower jaw. A partial denture replaces several missing teeth and clips onto the natural teeth you still have, keeping them from shifting. Both are custom-made from impressions of your mouth and adjusted until they're comfortable.
Implant-supported dentures
If a lower denture slips when you eat or talk, two or more dental implants can anchor it so it snaps securely in place. Many people find this the single biggest improvement in comfort and confidence.
Caring for your dentures
Your mouth changes shape over time, so dentures that fit well at first can loosen. Bring them to your checkups. A reline refits the base, and we'll check your gums and mouth for sore spots.
- Brush dentures daily with a soft brush and denture cleaner, not toothpaste
- Take them out at night to rest your gums
- Store them in water or solution so they don't dry out
