Is there a waiting period?
No. Your membership is available immediately, with no waiting period, no yearly maximum and no deductible.
How much does it cost?
The Child plan (under 12) is $239 a year, Adult Essential is $339 a year, and Adult Perio is $569 a year. Plans are billed once a year, and there is no enrollment fee.
What does the plan include?
Two preventive cleanings and two doctor exams a year, one set of X-rays a year (4 bitewings and 3 periapicals), and an emergency exam. You also get 20% off most other dental services.
What is the Adult Perio plan?
It is for adults who need periodontal (gum) maintenance. It has the same benefits as the other plans, priced for periodontal maintenance visits.
Which services are not discounted?
Implant and perio laser procedures are not included in the 20% discount, and certain other exclusions apply.
Is this dental insurance?
No. It is an in-house membership plan with our practice, so there are no claims, no insurance paperwork and no annual maximum. It works only at Waterview Dentistry.
