Are you accepting new patients?
Yes, of every age. Request an appointment online or call (972) 346-5133.
How long is the first visit?
Plan for about an hour. Children’s first visits are usually shorter.
Can I fill out my forms before my visit?
Yes, and we recommend it. Our secure online forms take a few minutes and make check-in quicker. They’re available in English, Spanish and French.
Should I arrive early?
If you’ve completed your forms online, arriving on time is fine. If not, please arrive about 15 minutes early to fill them out at the office.
What if I don’t have insurance?
You’re very welcome. We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard and Discover, and CareCredit lets you spread treatment costs into monthly payments. Ask us for costs before treatment.
It’s been years since I saw a dentist. Is that a problem?
Not at all, and there’s no lecture. We’ll start with where things are today and help you decide what matters first.
